What a Christmas!
We had a great time with Ella this year at Christmas. We started off the month of December going up to Highlands, NC to get our Christmas Tree and go to the Parade. Papa Ken and Grannie Annie met us up there for the parade. It rained and snowed while we were up there and it was soooo cold. Ella loved the parade and really loved the dogs that were in the parade!
We had so many parties to go to this year as well. We had 3 different parties at my mom and dads house with the different families. Ella is definately ready for all the parties. She loved having all the friends and family around!
Ella went to see Santa 3 different times. The first two times she cried and the third time she went right up to Santa and sat in his lap like an angel.
Ella got to bake cookies as well at Gi Gi's house! She loved eating the cookies a little more I believe!
Ella put out cookies for santa this year and then 1 minute later she went and ate the cookies... sorry santa:-)
Ella loved Christmas morning. Her favorite things were her pink baby grand piano, Kitchen set, and baby doll! She was too funny playing the Piano. She would play a few keys and then turn around and start clapping for herself. She was so proud. That afternoon we went to Gi Gi's and Granddaddy's house for lunch and to open more gifts. She loved opening gifts. When she would get clothes she put them up to her and walked around to show everyone. I have no clue where she learned that:-) But it was precious!
The day after Christmas it snowed a few inches! It was so pretty. Ella got dressed like a snow bunny and loved playing in the snow. Her daddy built her a snowman:-) Then that afternoon Papa Ken and Grannie Annie came to visit to do Christmas with Ella. She had a blast.
As you can tell it has been a very busy Christmas!
Ella's vocabulary has grown. Here are just a few new things:
-Can count 1, 2,3
-Can say a little of her ABC's. She really likes saying "LMNOP"
-Can say what Santa says "Ho Ho Ho"
-Still says: Ma Ma, Da Da, Baby, Gi Gi, Ry Ry (For uncle Ryan), Bye Bye, Cookie, Li (For Light), Eye, Nose, No No, Na Na, What's this (actually sounds like something a little different that I will not write). She just babbles all the time...I believe we are going to have a talker on our hands!
Ella loves playing with Babies, Reading Books, Stuffed animals, DANCING, singing (babbling), rocking in her rocking chair, climbing stairs, loves puppies, taking baths.
